Petition of the Coalition to Return Captured Flags

I wanted to pass this along for yall to sign, and pass on. If there are other Divisions who have egroups, then pass this on to them. Let the Governor of Illinois know he is violating the law of 1905, by not returning those flags to the Former Confederate States. Some of these flags belong back in Alabama.
